Prescriptions are valid for the period stated and cannot be transferred or used at another pharmacy without our consent. You must not share, sell, or misuse any prescribed medication. You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines under UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for providing our services and will not be sold to third parties.
